How do I cancel my order?

If you made a purchase from TeLePlus and would like to cancel your order, it is best to reach out to your sales rep to let them know. Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipping.

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is shipped we will provide you with a tracking number. 

 

How do I pay for my order?

Acceptable methods of payment include  Wire Transfers, iDEAL, Bancontact, Bitcoin, Mistercash
